in the sphere of obtaining grants, mainly from EU
structural funds, using its many years of experience and the background of a whole host of projects successfully implemented

We provide our services to clients under contractual relations, breaking work down into the following stages:
Stage 1
- Finding/recommending the right grant programme
- We look for and recommend a suitable grant programme for your investment or project plan;
- We assess the degree of success/risk surrounding your project plan in the grant source found;
- We discuss your project plan with the competent representatives of the institutions that provide grants;
- We inform you of how grant mechanisms work;
- We monitor the announcement of invitations for the submission of applications and the latest on the conditions of grant programmes for you.
Stage 2
- The creation and preparation of a project plan
We process your ideas in the form of a project plan, with which it is then possible to obtain a grant. Our experience and know-how will
help your project achieve a high degree of competitiveness.
The degree of success invariably depends on choosing the right grant programme!
Stage 3
- Compiling a grant application and the obligatory
economic appendices
and assembling the other appendices to accompany the application
We will put together a grant application for your project plan (e.g. Benefit 7, eAccount, Bene-fill) and its obligatory specialised economic appendices, for example:
- A project/business plan;
- A feasibility study;
- A cost-benefit analysis;
- The financial statements of the project;
- A financial and economic evaluation of the project;
- A cash-flow plan;
and additional information to accompany your application (AAI), comprising:
- The logical framework of the project;
- The conformity of the project with development strategies;
- An analysis of the initial situation and the benefits of the project;
- An assessment of the project from the perspective of public aid;
- The influence of the project on horizontal topics;
- The sustainability of the project.
We will help you assemble the other required appendices for your grant application (e.g. extract from the Commercial Register, extract from the real
estate cadastre, project documentation for planning permission or building permission etc.).
This we do in line with the rules and directives of individual grant programmes and their latest invitations for application submissions.
